Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms, although a little small for a luxury property, were well-equipped with all the amenities, including a useful electronic device controller and a vast selection of TV channels. The ITC toiletries and plush towels added a touch of luxury, but the lack of fresh air was noticeable at times.
The hotel provided a comfortable and cozy stay, though it took a bit of time to cool down. The service was excellent, but the value for GBP 220 was deemed just okay.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with spacious and comfortable rooms offering a pleasant view of the garden. The bathrooms were super hygienic and well-maintained, although slightly impractical. The laundry service was extraordinary, adding to the overall positive experience.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were big, clean, and very comfortable, and the view from our balcony of the city side made us feel like we were the only people there, so relaxing. The hotel is a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. However, the room size was quite small.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms had a very nice mild fragrance and were spacious and tastefully decorated, with extraordinary laundry service. The service was warm, hospitable, and the staff paid attention to every detail, although they didn't understand my egg preferences. The location was great, safe, clean, well-connected, but with some old bathroom furniture issues. The dining experience was excellent, especially if you enjoy spicy foods, offering superb service levels. Overall, a great value for money.
The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood of Delhi, convenient for both leisure and business travelers. The service is professional, and the ambiance is beautiful. The dining experience offers a lovely view of Delhi morning. However, the rooms lacked proper temperature control, making the stay uncomfortable at times.
My stay at the hotel was truly memorable. The rooms were beautifully designed, offering everything one could need, though the bath and shower could use an upgrade. The service, especially from Mohit at the Golf bar, was exceptional, making this stay one of my best memories. The location, nestled in the diplomatic area of Chanakypuri, was convenient and well-maintained, offering a peaceful escape from the bustling city. The dining experience was delightful, with a wide selection of meals to choose from.
The service was professional yet lacking personal touch at times.
The hotel welcomed us with a cake and decorations in the room, offering a stylish but slightly dated room with a shower in a tub. The location provided a relaxing atmosphere with green sitting areas and beautiful traditional artwork. The dining experience was undoubtedly the highlight of the day with top-notch dishes in the Pavilion restaurant.
